Please enter your name if this an individual registration. Then click the "buy now" button and you will be taken to a PayPal form to complete the process.

For a team registration, please enter your captain's name and the team name and click "buy now". On the PayPal form that follows, please recall the number of players you listed on the "Details" form, and change the "quantity" box in the Paypal form reflect the number of players. Then click "update totals" on the Paypal form and continue filling out the form.

CBVSC Membership fee is $50.00 per player for: Competitive A and B Leagues on Tuesdays & Junior Leagues on Wednesdays.

Men's A League fee is $60.00 per person for on Thursday.
