If this is a team registration, please enter your captain's name and the team name and click "buy now". On the PayPal form that follows, please recall the number of players you listed on the "Details" form, and change the "quantity" box in the Paypal form reflect the number of players. Then click "update totals" on the Paypal form and continue filling out the form.
  • CBVSC Membership fee is $50.00 per person for Coed 4's Monday/Tuesday

  • Barefoot Wine AVPNext League Membership fee is $50.00 per person for A Division in the Wednesday/Thursday

  • Barefoot Wine AVPNext League Membership fee is $75.00 per person for Open Division in the Wednesday/Thursday
