On the PayPal form that follows, please recall the number of players you listed on the "Details" form, and change the "quantity" box in the Paypal form reflect the number of players.   • Barefoot Wine AVPNext League Membership fee is $50.00 per person for A Division in the Wednesday/Thursday

  • Barefoot Wine AVPNext League Membership fee is $75.00 per person for Open Division in the Wednesday/Thursday
